The diversity around this area is great and if you are a big fan of birds, you will have the opportunity to see many species.

The famous wax palm tree is also found in this area.

Itinerary

Day 1: Salento

We will travel to the town of Salento to settle in our Hotel and we will enjoy the town square, we will have a special lunch and we will enjoy the afternoon and night at the hotel or if you wish in the town. We will have some nice activities to start our journey as Panas.

Duration: 8 hours, admission is free

Day 2: Salento / Valle Cocora

Trekking along the Acaime trail, being the ancient routes that the indigenous tribes used to move through the mountains. We will understand the history of this place and its tribe, bird watching and the famous wax palm trees.

Duration: 9 hours, entrance included

Day 3: Salento / Coffee farm

We will travel in a classic Jeep used by the locals in the area to a beautiful El Ocaso coffee farm, one of the most prestigious in Quindío.

We will have the opportunity to see the coffee process in a typical Colombian farm. We will also learn about the coffee and the path that is prepared in the area, so that you can try it yourself.

Day 4: Salento - Home

Enjoy the surrounding waterfalls by canyoning through them on an exciting day, you will have different views, some adrenaline, refreshing water, and an unforgettable moment before leaving. Prepare to be amazed by this experience.
